Helping the poor, Ignoring the Industrious

How do U help the poor? I mean to pull them out of self pity, that seems like a never ending circle encircling them without mercy. Is God that cruel that He let them be driven in poverty? Had He not provided them enough with to go on with their lives n survive?

Some of them are very industrious and end up with higher education, businesses and etc. etc. Some teachers even take the challenge from certain individuals n certain 'organisations' to upgrade themselves with higher knowledge n skills, which of course would cost a lot of money on their behalf, not counting the tedious years and sacrifices they had to endure. In the end? Those who chose to wiggle their happy feet got time based promotion 4 just being there and cut those who dared to change, their morals n motivations I mean, to shreds.

In the lands of the Malay, it seems that the more industrious you are, the more a liability you have become to er, certain 'organisations'. But of course, the poorer you are, you are entitled to get a 25 grand house 4 nothing n if u get lucky u get to build it on a piece of land, also given previously, free of charge. If U don't feel like it, U can always keep the house as a store or as an ornamental of some kind next to your house. Yes, now the poor got 2 houses.

Well, this ain't heaven right? Who said there would be justice 4 all. That's why in the lands of the Malay, there is a party that is trying real hard to associate its existence with the beautiful n pure justice. But the more n more they are trying to, it seems they are revealing, unintentionally of course, that they themselves are quite the opposite.
