The Religion Question

Blogger Maria said...

All religions including Christianity with “Jesus as Son of God”, Judaism "Jews", idol worshippers of different kinds including those who believe “Angels as Daughters of God” already existed at the time of Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.s). This was the reason that God Almighty ( “Allah” in Arabic) revealed the verse of Who He IS. Allah said to Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.s) to Say to People:

“He is Allah, the One and Only. Allah, the Eternal. He does not give birth to anyone nor did anyone give birth to Him. And there is No one equal to Him.”

As to Prophet Jesus (a.s.) being the son of God. Allah (s.w.t) always addresses him in the Qur’an as son of Mary. Prophet Jesus (a.s) is compared to Prophet Adam (a.s.) and Eve who were born without mother and father. For Prophet Jesus (a.s.) who died on the Cross, Allah (s.w.t) said in the Qur’an, He is alive and raised him up to heaven and the one on the Cross was not him but a look-alike of prophet Jesus(a.s.). Can’t Allah do it to save His beloved prophet? Of course, He can. It is easy for Him to do everything He wishes to do. He created the whole universe and everything in it with His Word “BE” and everything is created! But to save His beloved Prophet Jesus (a.s) from crucifixion, He can’t do It? Allah (s.w.t.) is Supreme Being - - whatever He wishes to do, He Can including saving Prophet Jesus from dying on the Cross. But of course, as a created Being like all Humans, prophet Jesus (a.s.) will come back on earth and die like all humans. Allah (s.w.t) said in the Qur’an, Christians’ confusion about the matter of prophet Jesus (a.s.) will continue until the Day of Judgement.

Allah (s.w.t.) chose only prophets and messengers to guide us, Human Beings. All prophets including prophet Jesus (a.s.), prophet Moses (a.s.) and many others had only one message - - There is no god but Allah” (“Laa Ilaaha IllaAllah” in Arabic) - - but people changed this message when the prophet was gone from them. For example, prophet Jesus did not say that “He is Son of God and Worship him”. It is Paul (or Saul) who made it up so that it was easier for the pagans that time who worshipped Sun, Moon, Stars and Planets to accept Jesus. This is recorded in Acts in the New Testament.

Allah (s.w.t) said also in the Qur’an that He gave Gospel ("Injil" in Arabic) as a Book to guide the people during Prophet Jesus’s time but even this Book is no longer the Gospel that Allah revealed. The Gospel now that Christians follow as Gospels are according to Luke, Matthew, Mark and John. These people are not even disciples of Prophet Jesus (a.s.). Mark was written 60 to 75 A.C. He was the son of St. Barnabas’ sister. Mathew was a tax collector, a minor official who did not travel around Jesus. Luke’s Gospel was written much later, and is in fact drawn from the same source as Mark’s and Mathew’s. Luke was Paul’s physician and like Paul never met Jesus. John’s Gospel was written in about 100 A.C. He should not be confused with John, the Disciple who was another man.

As to Michael Jackson’s being a Muslim, Muslims are happy when a non-muslim accepts Islam because Muslims don’t want a non-muslim live in pain or misery forever. If MJ died as a muslim or not is all a matter on the Hands of Allah (s.w.t). If to us, he was bad but could we see and feel what was in his heart? Only Allah (s.w.t.) can see it, therefore, with the Mercy of Allah (s.w.t), Michael Jackson could be a Muslim when he died. Allah (s.w.t.) can forgive even a murderer or worst person on earth if that person has done a good deed that pleases or makes Allah (s.w.t) happy.

As to Heaven and Hell in Life After Death, the reason this is mentioned in the Qur’an all the time is To Warn Us, Human Beings that our life has an end in this world whether we like it or not. While Life After Death Will Never End, so, for those who follow the Religion of God ("Allah" in Arabic) will stay forever in Paradise. While for those who don’t follow the Religion of Allah will stay forever in hell, a drop of its flame will melt the whole universe. So, imagine if you are in hell for the rest of your life.

Preacher,

Allah (s.w.t.) created us, mankind and all the things we see & can't see ( I am saying this because there is another being that is completely the same as us but we can't see, in arabic, they are called "Jinns") only TO WORSHIP ALLAH . For example, the trees they worship Allah by standing tall and giving breeze throught their leaves when there is wind. That is how Allah says to them on how to worship Him. They are therefore, muslims as they only do what Allah tells them to do.

Naturally, all religious observances, actions and deeds must be based on the intention to please or make Allah happy since for us human beings and jinns, we worship Allah through His Commandments in the Qur'an and guidance of prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.s).

If a muslim goes for Haj or observe other religious observances only to show off that he is religious, that can't attain forgiveness. But if at this moment, while I am sitting with my computer, I ask Allah sincerely with all my heart to forgive me, with the Mercy of Allah (s.w.t.), He can forgive me easily.

Allah (s.w.t) is the Most Forgiving and the Most Merciful. His Mercy extends to all His Creation whether you are muslim or not. That's the reason that when Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, Jews, etc.. pray & asks to whatever he calls as God, it is answered because the One who answered that is Allah (s.w.t.). Allah (s.w.t) is Sustainer and Carer of All His Creation whether one believes Him or not.

Forgiveness in Islam is gained in so many ways not only through religious observances. If you have mercy to any of Allah's creation even to a dog, ants, & other tiny animals, Allah (s.w.t.) can easily forgive your sins by just taking care sincerely to them.

Hank Petram,

I was a devoted Catholic Christian before I accepted Islam. I know how you and other people here feel that Christianity is not taught by Jesus (Peace be Upon Him)but taught by Paul who was originally a Jew. You can read about him in Acts in the New Testament how he make Jesus (P.B.U.H.) as son of God. I grew up and raised to believe about trinity & to always pray to Jesus (P.B.U.H.) as Lord and Saviour. This was the reason that it was really hard for me to believe in Islam in the beginning. But what I did when I was studying about Islam, I did not study the Books about Islam. I studied the Bible and how the Bible came into being and all the Gospels in the New Testament. But before reading them, I asked Jesus as during that time I don't pray to Allah but to Jesus, I asked Jesus to give me truth and the light through the Bible. Praise be to Allah (s.w.t.), He answered my prayers. It is not easy to accept the truth but only Allah (s.w.t.) can do that for He is the only one who knows what's in our hearts.

If you are interested I can give you the copy of the History on how the Bible came into existence. I wrote what I have studied.

Just let me know if you are interested.

Preacher,

Don't be sorry for me that I accepted Islam. When Allah (s.w.t) created the soul for each of us, He gathered & collected all our souls and asked Who is your God? All of us said, "You, Allah!", "La Ilaha IllaAllah" - - There is no god but Allah.

Therefore, we are Muslims (arabic for one who submits to the will of Allah) when we are born. But if the one who takes care of us (most often, our parents) becomes a Christian, Jew, Hindu, Buddhist, Jehovah Witness, etc..., naturally, we also become a Christian, Jew, Hindu, Buddhist, etc...

When I accepted Islam (arabic for Submission to God in order to live peacefully), I just reverted or went back to my natural religion - -- the religion of Jesus Christ (P.B.U.H.).

Jesus (P.B.U.H.) is himself a true Muslim because he always followed what Allah (s.w.t.) tells him to do.

Praise be to Allah (s.w.t.), He made me muslim again. My duty is only to convey the message to you according to my little knowledge for I am not a muslim scholar. If you can't grasp the message of Islam, just ask Jesus Christ to give you the truth and light for as you said "time is the enemy of man as the unexpected demise of Michael Jackson proved & when it runs out it's too late to change."

Let's just get to the point of Arch. Cranmer in this article. He said "Cranmer has only one thought on Michael Jackson’s spirituality: he was consistent. He simply exchanged one religion which offers absolutely no assurance of salvation for another. Both Jehovah’s Witnesses and Muslims have to earn their places in paradise: salvation is by works; the spirit is redeemed by the obedience of the flesh and the burden of submission to law". and,

"Cranmer thanks God that he justified by faith through grace, and that God provided the ransom for us - the most precious body and blood of his own most dear and best beloved Son Jesus Christ."

How sure are you that you are saved with the flesh and blood of Jesus Christ (P.B.U.H), son of Mary?

Each of us is responsible for our own actions, deeds, sins and beliefs. Nobody can save us not even Jesus Christ (P.B.U.H.), son of Mary except our own actions, deeds, sins and beliefs.

If you really follow Jesus Christ, son of Mary, then, why won't you accept Islam and become a Muslim? Jesus Christ, son of Mary, was, is and will always be a Muslim. He will never be a Christian.

During the prophethood of Prophet Moses (a.s.) (as he is the prophet of the Jews), the Commandment of Allah was to follow the message & teachings of Prophet Moses (a.s.). When Allah sent Jesus Christ(a.s.), son of Mary, the Commandment of Allah was to follow the message & teachings of prophet Jesus (a.s.), son of Mary, not of prophet Moses, since the teachings of prophet Moses was already incorporated on what Jesus Christ(a.s.), son of Mary, taught. In the same way, that from 1,400 years ago (7th century), when Allah chose prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.s) as his last prophet, the Commandment of Allah is for all people (mankind & jinns) from that time until the day of judgment to follow the message & teachings of prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.s), since all the teachings of all the prophets before him were already incorporated in what he taught.

Even Jesus Christ(a.s.), son of Mary, on his second coming, his role as what prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.s) said:

“By Him (Allah) in Whose Hands my soul is, surely, Jesus, son of Mary will shortly descend amongst you (Muslims) and will judge mankind justly by the Law of the Qur’an and will break the Cross and kill the pigs and abolish the Jizya (a tax levied upon the non-Muslims who are under the protection of Muslim Government. The Jizya Tax will not be accepted by prophet Jesus (a.s.) & all mankind will be required to embrace Islam). Then there will be abundance of money and nobody will accept charitable gifts.”

That means, Jesus (a.s.), son of Mary, will bring justice to the earth by the Laws & Jurisprudence of Islam, the Islamic shari’ah, the Divine Laws of Allah.

Len and others,

Before you can understand Islamic theology, you need to seek first the truth without bias of Who Is God? What is the meaning of God is ONE? What is your purpose on earth? What is the difference of your faith who believes in Jesus Christ, son of Mary, a created being, to that of Parsees'/Zoroastrians' faith who worship fire, another created being, to that of the sun, moon & other celestial bodies, trees and animals (like the Hindus), all of which are created beings.

As Socrates said “An unexamined life is not worth living for” but to this dictum we can add, “An unexamined faith is not worth believing either”. It is through the examination of faith that you will know the REALITY of LIFE! - THE PURPOSE OF OUR EXISTENCE – To worship the One and Only True God.

Every creature of God Almighty worships/glorifies Him in its own way but among all these creatures, only human beings and the “Jinns” (GENII) are capable of good and bad actions, actions which are held accountable on the day of Resurrection/Judgement. For Human Beings, worship does not include prayer and praising God Almighty only. It also includes (1) following the Lawful (Do’s) and Unlawful (Do Not’s) Actions that God had injuncted to Mankind and (2) doing the activities that are intended to please Him.

In reality or actuality, in the sight of God Almighty to worship any creature or created being be it of a natural phenomena like the fire (Parsee's/Zoroastrian’s faith), planet, stars, the sun, trees & animals (like Hindus in India) or a human being like Jesus Christ (P.B.U.H.), son of Mary, is blasphemy!. I have learned to realize that though I believed as a Christian before in God, but to worship Jesus Christ amounts to “Kufr” (Disbelief), “Shirk” (polytheism) and “tughyan” (arrogation or association = giving partners or attributing unjustly to the essence, person and nature of Almighty God), the three deadliest sins that the Creator of Heavens and Earth and All In It God Almighty "Allah" can never and will never forgive and the reward is Hell in life after death. Our life is a period of test and trial. We are granted with a fixed or appointed term in this temporary life. The life that will come after death is eternal, everlasting. In that life, there is only Hell and Heaven. For those who follow the right path, though had sinned in this world can still go to Heaven but after the punishment of sins. For those who do not follow the right path has Heaven, as a reward for the good actions, in this world but will dwell in Hell forever in the next world!

It is my earnest desire to convey this message to you because we are striving very hard to fulfill our plans and dreams but in the end we will be miserable and pitiful if we will continue to affirm the belief and faith that Jesus Christ, son of Mary, did not even teach and preach but teachings of which were started by St. Paul who was neither a prophet/messenger of God Almighty nor a disciple of Jesus Christ.

Seek and study sincerely first the Oneness of Allah (s.w.t.) before moving on to Islamic Theology.

Sincerely,

Maria
